JASPER, Georgia, May 24, 2011 – Today, the founder and owner of Office4Hire announced the launch of www.office4hire.com, a website specifically designed to provide information for entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals who are considering hiring a Virtual Assistant. With increased commute times, high fuel costs and employee-related expenses, Virtual Assistance has become a preferred method for business owners.
Office4Hire is a Virtual Assistant business that opened October 2010 when the Managing Member’s employer downsized due to economic conditions. “It was an opportunity to turn a challenging situation into a positive economic survival strategy where I was not dependent upon a single employer,” says Founder, Stacy Dazet, “It was the best career decision I have ever made. Rather than being an assistant for one employer, now I am a service provider who manages clients. Our business model is to expand with our clients and hire subcontractors for the workload.”
According to Stacy, “Being able to work from home saves everyone time and money. We pass this savings to our clients. Our prices are very market competitive, we are frugal with time, and have a passion for what we do. Additionally, business owners avoid the high cost of employee-related expenses like hiring, training, insurance, taxes, overhead, health care, social security, holiday, sick and vacation. It is a recipe for success for business owners and VA’s.”
Office4Hire’s first client was Stacy’s previous employer, Jeff Milam. He says, “Having a Virtual Assistant has saved us substantial dollars in employee costs. Stacy is very tenacious and attentive to my needs as a small business owner. She caters her work to my personality and manages my portfolio of over 18 companies. The hours are better for me because as an entrepreneur I may be working at 8 or 9 PM at night and need some assistance at that time. By working from home, Stacy is able to assist me at non-traditional hours.”
The Office4Hire team has over 13 years experience in administrative and other fields including Project Management, Client Relations, Desktop Publishing, Sales, Executive Assistance, Accounting, and Management.
Stacy has a BA in Management from Kennesaw State University and is currently working on her Certified Virtual Assistant (CVA) and Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS) Designations.
“The real difference that Office4Hire makes is that we do not just ‘do the work’. We help our clients grow their business. Our philosophy is not to just ‘do a good job’, but to cater our approach to our client’s personality and individual needs. We are always searching for new and improved methods to save our client’s time, money or to help expand their business.”
The Office4Hire website includes blogs on the Virtual Assistant industry and other topics and will eventually include an industry specific newsletter for clients. For more information about Office4Hire, please visit http://www.office4hire.com.
